Here's How it Works
The first visit includes:
- Initial orientation, review of health history, goals and expectations
- Digital Posture Photos
- Postural Analysis and Functional Testing
- Next you'll be asked to perform various movements and postures. You will be guided through each movement to ensure each one is performed properly and produces the desired outcome. This visit lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Each session includes a series of unique and very effective corrective exercises designed to treat your pain without the use of drugs, surgery, or manipulation. Positive results are almost always felt by the end of the first session!!
All follow-up sessions last 60 minutes.
Muscles can move bones out of place over time and muscles can move those bones back into place too - with the right stimulus!
